Over the last 30 years, we have ensured a smooth and successful production process through constant communication with our suppliers and customers and by applying the knowledge we have gained.

We constantly justify the trust of our customers and clients
through our quality policy. Working closely with our suppliers in a spirit of partnership enables us to continuously improve our products and services.
On November 21, 2006, the development department was also integrated into our quality management system in accordance with ISO 9001 : 2000 and adapted to the current status of ISO 9001 : 2008 with effect from November 22, 2009. In most cases, our products comply with national and international standards such as ASTM; AFERA; DIN, UL, VD. The future-oriented heating systems from flextem are tested according to VDE, GS, CE

Suppliers/partners: To ensure that we can offer the best quality at all times, we place the same high demands on our suppliers as we do on ourselves. Close cooperation and regular assessments of our partners ensure that the quality is always right.
Resources: In all our processes and services, we pay attention to the careful and conscious use of the resources required, because protecting our environment is important to us.
The requirements of ISO 9001 are implemented in the manual and in the applicable documents. The management hereby undertakes to maintain, further develop and improve the quality management system and to fulfill applicable requirements.
