Die-cut parts from flextem
We can supply dies for full-scale production, but can also offer a prototype service (plotter technology). flextem manufactures upon customer specific requests.
Through the latest laminating technology these can also be offered in a variety of product combinations:
- Merchandise roles
- Single parts
- Adhesive (one-sided or double-sided)
- Clad from laminate
- Printed
After submittal of the customer specific charts or drafts punching dies from strip metal/steel strip or full steel.
Self-adhesive die-cuts can be manufactured on silicone paper or silicone foils.
With rotary cutting- and die-cutting tools these die-cutting and formed parts are delivered on merchandise roles or as single parts.
At this juncture different materials can be combined with the laminating technique. Metal foils like for example copper are often used as shielding in electronic components.
